Time Hug doesn't run ads or sell your data. We process your photos to generate your image, store your generated images in your account so you can view your history, and use trusted third-party providers acting as our processors/service providers to run the product. We do not use your photos or generated images to train our own models.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address when you create an account, payment information when you purchase credits, photos you upload for processing, generated images saved to your account history, and limited usage or technical data needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

You may not use the web app to create, upload, or share sexual, erotic, or intimate content (including kissing or suggestive contact), nudity, or content involving minors in a sexualized context. Only upload photos you own the rights to and only create images of yourself or people you have permission to depict. We may block or remove content, suspend accounts, or revoke access for violations.

You choose photos to generate your image, such as a childhood photo and a current selfie. These photos may contain faces. We do not collect or store face templates, embeddings, or biometric identifiers, and we do not perform face recognition.

We use your information to create and deliver generated images, save your image history to your account, process purchases, authenticate users, maintain security, prevent abuse, provide support, and operate the service.

To provide the web app, we store your generated images in your account so you can access your history later. We also retain related account and transaction records in our database.

We use third-party services for authentication and database services (Supabase), payments (Stripe), and AI/cloud processing. These providers may process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

To generate your image, the web app may send your uploaded photos to third-party AI and cloud service providers, including Google's Gemini API, strictly to perform your generation request. We use these providers as service providers/processors and instruct them to process content only to provide the service.

If you buy credits, payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.

We retain the data in our database, including your account information and generated images saved to your history. We do not delete this data automatically unless required for legal, safety, or operational reasons, or unless we choose to offer deletion tools or honor a valid deletion request. We do not use retained data to train our own models.

We do not use your photos or generated images to train our own models.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no service can guarantee absolute security.

You can stop using the service at any time. If deletion tools are available, you may use them to remove content from your account. You may also contact us with privacy-related requests.

The service is not intended for children under 13. You may not upload photos of minors for sexualized, intimate, or otherwise prohibited content.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date.
